The search for a new home to experience the new chapter of their love story seems to be a turning point. According to the TMZ website, after putting their villa on the Bel Air hill up for sale for $42.5 million, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck found a new home in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, considered one of the most exclusive areas of the Californian city.
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez withdrew bail from a villa they were trying to buy at the last minute, according to the gossip site, because they would have decided to buy one twice as expensive. Real estate sources tell the site that the couple is currently pending a massive property in Pacific Palisades, the same neighborhood where they were pending their other home. This new house is a real palace, twice the value of the previous one… while the mansion they just abandoned was worth an estimated $34 million, this one they’ve set their sights on is valued at a whopping $64 million.
A decidedly high price, but not for two stars of their caliber and when you consider all that is provided, including 8 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and over 4000 square meters of land. Ben and Jen’s new home features a massive gym, professional media room, game room, large backyard, and resort-style pool/spa with fire pit. There is an entire separate guest house, which has its own Japanese-style bathtub.
Built very recently in typical Hamptons style, the house is spread over two levels and is surrounded by a fairly large garden, which is an exception for the area, which is in great demand.
Ben and JLo’s new home sits higher than the one he shared with Jennifer Garner for 9 years, before being sold in 2018 to Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo for $32 million, half the price of the new home .
