Jason Biggs is an American actor and comedian who has been in the entertainment industry since childhood. He is best known for his roles in films such as American Pie, Loser, Saving Silverman and Jersey Girl.
Born on May 12, 1978 in Pompton Plains, New Jersey to a father of Polish descent and a mother with Italian ancestry, Jason was raised by parents Gary and Angela Biggs. He began acting at the age of 5 when he was cast in television commercials. He continued to appear on stage during his teenage years before landing his first major role at 18 as Jim Levenstein in the 1999 hit comedy movie American Pie. The success of this film propelled him into further stardom with other starring roles soon following including Loser (2000), Saving Silverman (2001) and Jersey Girl (2004).
In addition to these movies, Jason has also appeared on several TV shows such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit where he played Seth Walsh from 2001-2003; 8 Simple Rules where he had a recurring guest role from 2003-2005; Orange Is The New Black for which he received critical acclaim for playing Larry Bloom from 2013-2019; Mad Love which ran from 2011-2012; Dads alongside Seth Green which ran between 2013-2014; among many others. In 2020, Jason appeared opposite wife Jenny Mollen in ABC’s Bless This Mess sitcom series.
Apart from acting career that spans over two decades now, Jason is also an active philanthropist involved with charities such as Save Our Selves – A Campaign For Climate Rescue Foundation, St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Covenant House California, and Smile Train. His work towards giving back has earned him numerous accolades including one Emmy nomination too.

His wife Jenny Mollen is also very involved with charities that focus on animal rights issues.
